Staff Attorney

Nicholas A. Bailey has been an attorney with PPDocs, Inc. since September 2016. Nick’s practice is dedicated exclusively to residential mortgage lending law and compliance. Prior to joining PPDocs, Inc., Nick was an attorney at a firm in Houston, Texas in a similar role.

Nick focuses on counseling lending institutions on state and federal statutes and regulations governing residential and commercial mortgage lending. Nick is licensed to practice law in the state of Texas. He is a graduate of Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee and the University of Texas School of Law in Austin, Texas.
