We are in search of a dynamic Sales Account Executive who excels in building client relationships, identifying market opportunities, and delivering results in a competitive landscape. This role demands proactive engagement in professional conferences and seminars, development of a robust professional network, and the ability to create and sustain meaningful connections with prospects and clients.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Account Executive who will be responsible for:
Sell:
- Attend professional conferences, and seminars.
- Create professional network and participate in professional associations
- Understand business requirements and design solutions based on those requirements
- Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
Relations:
- Sustains rapport with accounts by making periodic visits
- Maintains relationships with clients providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities via periodic calls
- Resolves customer issues; developing solutions; making recommendations to management.
Products and Training:
- Provide training to new and existing clients; oversee the onboarding of new clients. Keeping clients informed of changes in our products and services
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Reporting:
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly analyses.

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Web Developer who will be responsible for:
- Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions, including but not limited to git, Visual Studio, .NET, JSON/XML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript/JQuery, AJAX, Visual Basic/C#, Unit testing
- Design, code and test new Windows and web software applications
- Understand business requirements and design solutions based on those requirements
- Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement

We are looking for an experienced document preparation operator with the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience either in real estate residential document preparation, escrow/title experience, real estate banking, or mortgage banking experience
- Well developed verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage simultaneous priorities,
- Must be computer literate
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and get along with people.
Responsibilities:
- Review Title Commitments and Surveys
- Prepare loan closing documents for both the FNMA/FHLMC, FHA, VA, TX Home Equity and in house Banking products i.e. Builder Interims, Borrower Interims w/Mechanic’s Lien, Bridge loans and lot loans.
- Review Good Faith Estimates.
- Communication with clients and title companies
- Familiar with Texas law i.e. homestead and community property issues, owelty liens, mechanic’s liens, right of rescission etc.
- Familiar with Federal Regulations such as TRID, RESPA and TILA, Section 32, Section 35, High Cost loans, FNMA 5%, etc.
